Actions and Event History
|23/08/2017 11:16 - ||Update from Gamma:|
We believe our services are fully recovered and running correctly on the resilient power. We will remain on our failover power until we are confident a stable electrical supply is restored. We estimate this will be later this evening at best. If you have an issue you believe is related to the earlier issue, please contact the service desk. Further updates will follow if the situation changes.
|23/08/2017 10:42 - ||We are monitoring systems now and can see some calls are now starting to progress through on some so suspect they are getting systems back online. Questions have already been raised as to why both primary and secondary systems have failed for enhanced SIP trunks.|
|23/08/2017 10:41 - ||Update from Gamma;|
Please be aware one of our main network operation centres has suffered a power cut as of 9:13AM due to external works in the local area. This also affected our ability to post updates on the Service Status Board and contact centres to receive calls. Power is currently being provided via our back up services and recovery would have been from approx. 9:30. There will have been some service interruption to voice and data services for a number of customers if their service was primarily hosted in this location, while services were rerouted to our resilient locations, and a number of services may still be recovering. We are prioritising the restoration of all services and will release a further update within 30 minutes.
|23/08/2017 10:23 - ||No updates as yet received other than investigating, tickets have been raised for the services but no responses as of yet. Both primary and secondary systems appear to be unavailable.|
* Risk and Impact attributes were introduced recently therefore for some planned maintenance and outages records may not contain values for risk or impact.
