Overview - Please be advised that planned maintenance will be undertaken at Gamma Manchester data center to upgrade the Gamma IP network infrastructure:
The purpose of these planned works is for a core IP network router to be upgraded to the latest software patch. These planned works are part of a Network wide Core IP network router upgrade program that will run into February.
Customer risk statement: No interruption to services is expected. All upgrade processes have been thoroughly lab tested following vendor recommended procedures.
Services affected: Gamma Voice and Data services will be deemed at risk.
Gamma apologises for any inconvenience.
* Risk and Impact attributes were introduced recently therefore for some planned maintenance and outages records may not contain values for risk or impact.
