A purchase would consist of a minimum of 1 x SIP Trunk Channel + 1 x User Licence, a user licence is required per DDI number. A SIP Trunk Channel is equivalent to a traditional phone line or ISDN channel and will determine the maximum number of concurrent calls that can be sent to a site.
