CRM Connect is available as a
chargeable User Add-On on a per user, per month basis.
CRM Connect has been added to your
Service Offering(s) and is available to provision. Existing
Customers are required to be re-subscribed and their Site(s)
re-submitted in order for CRM Connect to become available.
The CRM Connect download is available
as a free application in the MyIC portal. A current CRM Connect
user add-on license is required for use.
