Specific Terms and Details for Line Bundle Special Offers

WiFi Router

A WiFi ADSL/ADSL2+ or FTTC capable rouer/firewall will be provided at no charge providing the associated Broadband service and line is maintained for the minimum contract duration. Normal RRP of router is £69.95+VAT. Each router comes with the standard 12 month manufacturers return to base warranty.

Inclusive Minutes / Free Calls

Minutes are provided at the start of each month and unused minutes expire at the end of each month (do not roll over). A minimum usage of 30 seconds is subtracted per call from the allowance and a single call limit of 60 minutes is applied. Should a call exceed 60 minutes then normal call charges will apply for that call, in order to avoid charges simply hang up and re-dial before the hour is up.

A fair use policy is in force for the packages as it is intended that the phones provided are used for general telphony purposes and that calls will be made to destinations in proportion and both inclusive and chargeable calls will be made from the service. In the event that this package is considered to not be being used in a fair manner then calls will become chargeable as per normal call rates.

Telephone Number Transfer

An existing telephone line / number may be able to be transfered to IC to maintain your existing numbers this may be included within the package (see package for Transfer entitlement). Transfers take approximately 10 working days to complete and you must ensure that any contractural commitments with your current supplier have expired prior to making the transfer request. Once submitted you may cancel a transfer up to 48 hours prior to the transfer date but a failed transfer fee of £9.95 will be applicable.

Broadband Transfer

You may wish to transfer your existing ADSL / ADSL2+ Broadband on the line at the same time and this is included within the package. Transfer of a Broadband will reduce your downtime to on average an hour and make your move to IC easier. In order to transfer your service over we will require you to obtain a MAC code from your existing supplier (they are obliged to provide one within 5 working days).

IC Infinity - FTTC Broadband Specific Information

Free installation is supplied only when ordered as part of the bundle package with the instalaltion of a new telephone line. If an existing line is to be used then installation and transfer fee's will apply of £99.

Global WiFi Roaming

This option is a usage based service and setup is free, service activation must be requested independent of the ordering of the package. Charges for usage will be billed in arrears and vary depending upon location and are displayed within the iPass connect software.

For calls made outside of the inclusive plans the standard call rates are as follows (all shown in pence per minute excluding VAT):-

Calls are billed by the second and are rounded up to the nearest penny. For some numbers and premium services a fixed rate or call setup fee may be required.
