Internet Central’s New Mobile Business Service Boosts Productivity
A top UK business Internet Services Provider, Internet Central Ltd, is launching a new service, IC Mobile, which will enable customers to increase productivity using their mobile phones.
The new service will seamlessly link with other Internet Central IT products to give customers total access to business systems and packages from their mobile phone.
Offered through Internet Central's new Hosted Exchange all the benefits of secure and protected email messages, delivered instantly, as well as reduced call charges, free internal company calls and conference calling offered on existing Internet Protocol (IP) voice services will be available to clients, anywhere and anytime - allowing a customer's mobile phone to effectively be a line extension and ensuring that no matter where you are you can be contacted.
In addition to having key business services always accessible on their mobile phones, allowing work to be done from any location, clients will have total control.
Analysis services will also be available so customers can check their current phone contracts and find the best package for them, saving on unnecessary products while benefiting from tailored services.
Internet Central MD, Maitland Hyslop said: "Our new mobile service allows customers to access the IT systems they need, from wherever they happen to be. This effectively means clients no longer need to be in the office to get work done - they can make calls, receive emails, get online and use their regular IT packages directly from their mobile. And all with the same security features, speed and resilience of Internet Central services accessed via a phone line."
In keeping with the company's aim to reduce clients' costs and only provide the most suitable options for businesses, Internet Central is also working in partnership with BT on an application for Android phones which will allow individuals to check and diagnose their Internet Central broadband line.
Internet Client's new mobile business service will be available to existing and new customers who want to stay connected, improve productivity and save by only using the most suitable services.
Maitland added: "As a business ISP we plan to reduce the confusion and over-spend on mobile contracts whilst providing the most suitable mobile for business. As the new service can be combined with our other products, clients can enjoy fast web hosting, secure and instant email messages, cheap and flexible call features using Internet Protocol technology and reliable internet connection via Wi-Fi, all on their mobile phone. Furthermore, Internet Central can also become the single point of contact for all matters relating to telephony, the Internet and mobiles. This reduces the overhead on IT support teams within companies and, with our other services, will improve productivity."
